Chiropractic Assistant / Owner
Sally Guest
Hi, I'm Sally Guest, co-owner of Mount & Te Puke Chiropractic and part-time Chiropractic Assistant to my husband David. I am very fortunate to be a Mum to two very independent kids, so it felt right to step up and take a more active role in the day-to-day operations of our clinics. I absolutely love meeting new people and building strong relationships, so it feels great to be at the front desk, getting to know all our amazing patients.
Chiropractic has been absolutely life-changing for me on my own personal health journey. As a previous sufferer of migraines and tension headaches, I am grateful to have my husband 'on tap' to help support my body to better and better health. I am proud to say I haven't taken a pain killer in years!
In addition to my Mum and Clinic duties, I support a team of entrepreneurs in their business growth, I am a proud distributor of Enagic water products (another secret to my healing success) and I have a passion for organising unique events that connect people for more joy and fun in their lives (which usually includes delicious food and wine!).
You will also see me hiking up Mauao several times a week, playing squash and squeezing in yoga and breathwork for a well balanced mind-body regimen. I look forward to supporting you on your own wellness journey.

Having lived in Tauranga most of my life I am fortunate to now live in Mount Maunganui with my husband Phill and our dog Nugget. Our children have left home and this marks an exciting new adventure in life. We get out in our campervan and explore the country in our free time. My profession is dance teaching which is a family business in Tauranga since 1975 with a great track record.
It is a wonderful opportunity to work at Mount Maunganui and Te Puke Chiropractic being a 'local' and I'm happy to bring many years experience in business and customer service. It's great meeting new and existing clients, ensuring a friendly and positive experience for everyone, and just taking that moment to connect with a smile. Life is for enjoying and this new opportunity has created excellent balance. I look forward to meeting you soon.

After living most of my life on the North Shore in Auckland my family relocated to Papamoa in 2015. As a former nutrition and lifestyle coach and believer in all things holistic I am delighted to join the Mount and Te Puke Chiropractic team.
I currently own and run a boutique sales and marketing company supporting small NZ food producers to promote their allergy friendly healthy food products. I also extended this into a wellness based gift box company in 2020, The Kakariki Gift Box Co.
My husband Andrew runs a local bootcamp business and we have a teenage daughter and four fur kids! We love the outdoors and partake in many trail running and mountain biking adventures as well as regular trips to the beach with our two dogs.
